Chicken Fried Steak with Mashed
Potatoes and White Gravy

Ingredients

  • 6 cube steaks
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons seasoned salt
  • 3/4 tablespoon celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 4-5 eggs

Instructions

  1. Add the seasonings to the flour. Stir it all together.
  2. Crack the eggs in a separate dish and mix them together.
  3. Lay the steak in the flour and then dip it in the egg. Place it back in the flour.
  4. Repeat with the rest of the steaks.
  5. Lay the steak in hot oil. Let it cook for a couple of minutes at 350 degrees F.
  6. Repeat with the rest of the steaks.
  7. Plate the steak and serve with garlic mashed potatoes and gravy.
