London Broil

  • 4 ounces extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 ounces balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 ounces garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Jack Daniels Grilling Sauce
  • 2 pounds London broil steak


  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Combine the marinade ingredients in a pan.
  3. Add the London broil to the marinade and coat completely. Allow the meat to marinate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Mark the steak, then place in a preheated oven. Cook the steak to an internal temperature of 135 degrees F. If cooked further, the meat will become extremely tough.
  5. Carve into 1/4 inch thick slices, cutting diagonally across the grain.
