Apricot Chicken
Yield: 12 servings
Ingredients
- 6 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 medium onions, sautéed in 2 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Place breasts in a baking dish.
- Mix together jam, bourbon and onions. Pour mixture over breasts.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
