Baked Ranch Parmesan Chicken
- 6 chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Marinate chicken breasts in ranch dressing for 4 hours or overnight.
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, pepper, sage, and salt and mix well.
Coat the marinated breasts in breading mixture and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking
- Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for an additional
30 minutes or until done and juices run clear.
