Catalina Cranberry Chicken

This is good served with rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts and thighs
  • 1/2 can whole cranberry sauce
  • Half of 1 (8 ounce) bottle Catalina dressing
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes or until juices run clear.
  4. Serve the remaining cranberry sauce with the meal.
