Catalina Cranberry Chicken
- 2 pounds chicken breasts and thighs
- 1/2 can whole cranberry sauce
- Half of 1 (8 ounce) bottle Catalina dressing
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until juices run clear.
- Serve the remaining cranberry sauce with the meal.
This is good with rice.
