Chicken in Orange Sauce
- 1 whole fryer, cleaned
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- Lightly salt inside of fryer. Dry skin and rub with margarine. Place in
roaster and cover tightly.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 1 hour. Baste several times while baking with
a mixture of melted margarine and orange juice.
- Remove cover last 15 minutes to brown.
Drippings make a delicious gravy.
