Nogales Chicken



  • 4 cups corn chips, crushed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise


  1. In a shallow dish combine first four ingredients.
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  3. Brush all sides with mayonnaise; coat with chip mixture.
  4. Place skin side up in a shallow roasting pan.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees F for 45 minutes or until fork-tender.
