Pineapple Chicken 2


  • 3 or 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce


  1. Mix together well all ingredients except the chicken breasts.
  2. Bake the breasts for 30 minutes at 325 degrees F, and then add the mixture to completely cover them.
  3. Continue baking for another 30 minutes.
