Pineapple Chicken 2
- 3 or 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Mix together well all ingredients except the chicken breasts.
- Bake the breasts for 30 minutes at 325 degrees F, and then add the mixture to completely cover them.
- Continue baking for another 30 minutes.
