- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (8 ounce) jar Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon MSG
- 3 tablespoons apricot-pineapple preserves
- Mix together sauce ingredients and coat chicken breasts.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
- Turn and spoon sauce over chicken several times while baking.
