Savory Roasted Garlic Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup Old London Roasted Garlic Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper together and coat chicken on both sides.
  2. Mix together eggs and milk and dip chicken into egg mixture coat.
  3. Coat dipped chicken with bread crumbs and pat lightly to help crumbs stick.
  4. Add oil and butter to a large skillet over medium high heat.
  5. When butter has melted, place chicken in a single layer and brown for 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Lower heat to medium and cook for 4 to 5 minutes more on each side until chicken is firm and juices clear.
