Savory Roasted Garlic Chicken Breasts
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup Old London Roasted Garlic Bread Crumbs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt and pepper together and coat chicken on both sides.
- Mix together eggs and milk and dip chicken into egg mixture coat.
- Coat dipped chicken with bread crumbs and pat lightly to help crumbs stick.
- Add oil and butter to a large skillet over medium high heat.
- When butter has melted, place chicken in a single layer and brown for 2 minutes on each side.
- Lower heat to medium and cook for 4 to 5 minutes more on each side until chicken is firm and juices clear.
