Skinny Shake Oven Chicken


  • 4 cups dry bread crumbs or soda cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Optional seasonings: Seasoning salt, onion or garlic salt, lemon pepper


  1. Mix until evenly distributed.
  2. Put 1/2 cup of mixture in a bag.
  3. Add moist chicken; shake.
  4. Arrange slices skin side up in foil-lined pan or nonstick pan. Use no oil.
  5. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
