Skinny Shake Oven Chicken
- 4 cups dry bread crumbs or soda cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon
- Optional seasonings: Seasoning salt, onion or garlic salt, lemon pepper
- Mix until evenly distributed.
- Put 1/2 cup of mixture in a bag.
- Add moist chicken; shake.
- Arrange slices skin side up in foil-lined pan or nonstick pan. Use no oil.
- Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
