Sticky Lemon Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts
- Juice and zest of 1 grated lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Put chicken into a roasting pan.
- Heat remaining ingredients in microwave for 1 minute to warm, and pour over
- Roast the chicken for 30-40 minutes, basting with the sauce every 10 minutes.
The sauce will thicken.
