Yummy Baked Chicken


  • 3 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 (.7 ounce) packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Ft. Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
  2. Rinse chicken, and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Combine Italian dressing mix and brown sugar, mixing together well.
  4. Dip and press the chicken pieces into the mixture, coating front and back, and place into the prepared pan, topside of the chicken facing up. Any extra coating that remains can be sprinkled over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until chicken is done, turning every 15 minutes and basting each time with the drippings. Leave the topside facing up for the last 15 minutes of baking.
