Fruited Chicken Sandwiches
- 1/2 pound creamy deli fruit salad
- 1 1/2 cups chopped roasted deli chicken
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 4 pita breads, cut in half and pocket opened
- In a medium bowl, combine fruit salad and chopped chicken.
- Line pita breads with lettuce leaves and carefully spoon chicken mixture
into the breads.
Yield: 8 sandwiches
