Fruited Chicken Sandwiches


  • 1/2 pound creamy deli fruit salad
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped roasted deli chicken
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 4 pita breads, cut in half and pocket opened


  1. In a medium bowl, combine fruit salad and chopped chicken.
  2. Line pita breads with lettuce leaves and carefully spoon chicken mixture into the breads.

Yield: 8 sandwiches
