Marmalade Chicken



  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 cups herbed seasoned stuffing
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine


  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spread chicken pieces with marmalade (the more you use the sweeter it will be, so spread according to taste).
  3. Coat with stuffing.
  4. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Drizzle top with butter or margarine.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until brown and crispy.
