Easy Chicken and Tortilla Dumplings


  • 2 skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (may use deli chicken)
  • 10 large flour tortillas, cut into strips (you can use more if you like)
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped parsley


  1. Put all ingredients into a large pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring every now and then.
