Italian Oven Fried Chicken



  • 4 boneless chicken breasts or 6 thighs
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder or 1 clove fresh garlic, pressed or finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bag seasoned (Italian) croutons, crushed


  1. Combine salad dressing, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Dip each piece of chicken into this mixture and coat with crushed croutons.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F until cooked through and nicely browned.

Yield: 4 servings
