- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 (12 ounce) jar jalapenos with juice
- 2 cups crumbled Ritz crackers
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- Vegetable oil
- Marinate chicken with buttermilk and jalapenos with juice for 4 to 5 hours.
- Dip chicken into cracker mix to coat.
- Fry in oil in a skillet for 5 to 10 minutes.
