Jalapeno Chicken



  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar jalapenos with juice
  • 2 cups crumbled Ritz crackers
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • Vegetable oil

  1. Marinate chicken with buttermilk and jalapenos with juice for 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Dip chicken into cracker mix to coat.
