Old Bay Chicken
- 1 (2 1/2 pound) chicken, cut up
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 cups cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 egg beaten
- Wash chicken and pat dry.
- Mix flour and Old Bay Seasoning.
- Heat cooking oil in large skillet.
- In mixing bowl, combine water and egg. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then
flour (a few pieces at a time).
- Fry over medium heat until golden brown, about 20 minutes on each side.
Yield: 4 servings
