Oven Fried Chicken Breasts



  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 box Ritz crackers, crushed into fine crumbs


  1. Dip chicken into yogurt, then roll in cracker crumbs.
  2. Place chicken in a large baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes on each side.

Yield: 8 servings
