Oven Fried Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 box Ritz crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
Instructions
- Dip chicken into yogurt, then roll in cracker crumbs.
- Place chicken in a large baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes on each side.
