Wessonality Fried Chicken
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 pounds chicken pieces
- 1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoons water
- 3 cups Wesson Oil
Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper in a bag. Shake chicken pieces, a few at a time, in bag.
- Dip chicken into egg-water mixture. Shake in flour mixture again.
- Fry in a 12 inch skillet in Wesson Oil heated to 375 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes, turning once.
