"Leftovers" Chicken Burritos


  • Flour tortillas
  • Leftover chicken or turkey, cut up
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 scallion, sliced thin
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Dash of pepper
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin


  1. Mix chicken or turkey, undiluted soup, scallion and spices.
  2. Roll up burrito-style in a flour tortilla.
  3. Lay burritos on a paper towel on a plate and microwave on HIGH for about 2 minutes.
