Apricot Ham Glaze
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 ounce) can apricot nectar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger and salt in a small saucepan.
- Stir in apricot nectar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly,
until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Yield: about 1 1/2 cups
