Sage and Apple Ham
- 1 ham
- Dried sage
- 1 cup apple cider or apple juice
- Apple jelly
- Rub dried sage over the entire ham. Place in roasting pan; add apple cider
or apple juice.
- Bake according to directions on ham, basting occasionally with juice. The
last 20 minutes of cooking spread a thick coating of apple jelly over the surface
of the ham.
