Cottage Cheese Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3 envelopes beef stew seasoning mix
  • 5 eggs, well beaten
  • 4 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 4 cups Kellogg's Special K

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion in margarine, then add seasoning mix, eggs and all other ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F in large greased casserole.
