Spinach Casserole



  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat eggs and flour in bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in spinach, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese and salt; mix well.
  4. Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
