Tempeh Fajitas
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup tamari soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) package tempeh, sliced
- 1 package flour tortillas
- 1 bottle salsa
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Lettuce and tomato as desired
Instructions
- In a small skillet, sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add soy sauce, cumin, sesame seeds and cilantro. Bring to a simmer. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add tempeh and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Place tempeh in flour tortillas. Top with salsa and vegetables.
