TVP Taco Filling Ingredients
2 cups minced TVP, dry
1 3/4 cups boiling water
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
1 medium onion, diced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Pepper to taste Instructions
Add the TVP to the boiling water and reconstitute.
In a saucepan, simmer the TVP and the remaining ingredients to blend the
