Ingredients

  • 3 cups mashed potatoes*
  • 1 cup minced celery
  • 2 onions, grated
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Bread crumbs
