Vegetarian Taco Dip


  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 or 3 green onions, chopped with tops
  • 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste (up to 20 drops)
  • 8 ounces green goddess salad dressing


  1. Mix well. If made ahead, add tomato just before serving.
  2. Serve with taco chips.
