Vegetarian Taco Dip
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 or 3 green onions, chopped with tops
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- Tabasco sauce, to taste (up to 20 drops)
- 8 ounces green goddess salad dressing
- Mix well. If made ahead, add tomato just before serving.
- Serve with taco chips.
