Cornflake Meat Loaf
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1 egg
- 1 cup tomato soup or puree
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into loaf; place in pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
