Cornflake Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup tomato soup or puree
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into loaf; place in pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
