Dutch Meat Loaf
Ingredients
Meat Loaf
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- 10 to 15 soda crackers, crushed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
Sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Instructions
- Meat Loaf: Mix all ingredients; form into loaf.
- Sauce: Mix ingredients; pour over meat loaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Yield: 8 servings
