Ham and Peach Loaves



  • 1 1/2 pounds ground ham or 2 cans luncheon meat
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 8 peach halves
  • Dry mustard
  • Brown sugar


  1. Mix ham, beaten eggs and milk.
  2. Butter custard cups or muffin tins. Sprinkle with brown sugar and a little dry mustard.
  3. Place peach, cut side up, in the cup and fill with ham mixture.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
