Ham and Peach Loaves
- 1 1/2 pounds ground ham or 2 cans luncheon meat
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 8 peach halves
- Dry mustard
- Brown sugar
- Mix ham, beaten eggs and milk.
- Butter custard cups or muffin tins.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and a little dry mustard.
- Place peach, cut side up, in the cup and fill with ham mixture.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
