Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery
  • 1 can chicken gumbo soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf. Place in shallow baking pan.
  3. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
