Mum B's Meat Loaf
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (285 mL) bottle Heinz Chili Sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup soften bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste*
* I omit the salt and use 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
