Oriental Meat Loaf
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, thinly sliced
- 4 scallions and tops, chopped
- 3 bread slices, finely shredded
- 1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients until blended.
- Lightly pack into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
