Peachy Meat Loaves




  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Insert 4 cloves in each peach half.
  3. Divide sugar among 4 greased custard cups; place peaches, cup sides up, on sugar.
  4. Beat egg lightly; blend with crumbs, milk, ketchup, onion and seasonings. Blend in beef and ham. Fill cups with meat mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Invert cups to remove loaves.
  7. Serve, peach side up, on a bed of rice.
