Pie Meat Loaf
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except 1 cup of bread crumbs.
- Pack into greased 9 inch pie pan.
- Top with remaining crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
- Cut into wedges to serve.
