Sweet and Sour Meat Loaf

This is my great grandmother's recipe.

Ingredients

Meat Loaf

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• Salt and pepper
• 1 onion, cut small
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Sauce

• 2/3 cup vinegar
• 2/3 cup ketchup
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup water

Instructions

1. Mix all meat loaf ingredients together place in pan.
2. Mix together sauce ingredients and cook for 15 minutes until thick (thicken with cornstarch).
3. Bake meatloaf at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes, then pour sauce over top of meat loaf and bake for 1 hour.
