Sweet and Sour Meat Loaf
This is my great grandmother's recipe.
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 onion, cut small
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- Meat Loaf: Mix all together place in pan.
- Cook sauce for 15 minutes until thick (thicken with cornstarch).
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes, then pour sauce over top of
meat loaf and bake for 1 hour.
