Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 thick-sliced bone-in pork chops
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 to 8 tablespoons Bacon Jam

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Drizzle olive oil into skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add pork chops, cooking each side for about 3 to 5 minutes until browned.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon bacon jam on each pork chop.
  4. Place in oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
