Breaded Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons water
6 boneless pork chops, about 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
In a shallow bowl or large food storage bag, mix flour, breadcrumbs, kosher salt and pepper.
In a separate shallow bowl, lightly whisk together the egg and water. Dip pork chops into the egg mixture, then into the seasoned flour mixture.
In a large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat. Cook pork chops for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in the middle.
