Dijon Honey Chops



  • 1 pound boneless pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • Lemon pepper or seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced (for garnish)
  • Watercress or parsley (for garnish)


  1. Sprinkle surfaces of chops with desired seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops, about 2 minutes per side.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients except garnish. Pour mixture over chops. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Remove chops to serving platter. Garnish with orange slices and watercress.
