Dijon Honey Chops

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle surfaces of chops with desired seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops, about 2 minutes per side.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients except garnish. Pour mixture over chops. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Remove chops to serving platter. Garnish with orange slices and watercress.
