French Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can onion rings, divided
Instructions
- Brown chops well.
- Combine water, thyme, parsley, soup, sour cream and 1/2 can onion rings. Pour over chops. Top with remaining onion rings.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
