French Pork Chops



  • 6 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can onion rings, divided


  1. Brown chops well.
  2. Combine water, thyme, parsley, soup, sour cream and 1/2 can onion rings. Pour over chops. Top with remaining onion rings.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
