Herbed Pork Chops

Purchase and freeze pork chops when they are a weekly special in your supermarket. They will always be available for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.


  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Salt FreeSavory All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds), trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon oil


  1. Sprinkle Seasoning evenly over both sides of pork chops.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add pork chops; cook 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
