Lemon Onion Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 thick center cut pork chops
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place chops in a single layer in an ungreased baking dish, single layer. Cut the lemon and onion into thick slices. Place a slice of onion in the center of each chop and a slice of lemon on each onion.
  3. Mix together sugar, vinegar and ketchup and pour over chops.
  4. Bake uncovered 55 to 60 minutes or until done.
