Lemon Onion Chops
Ingredients
- 6 thick center cut pork chops
- 1 large lemon
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place chops in a single layer in an ungreased baking dish, single layer. Cut the lemon and onion into thick slices. Place a slice of onion in the center of each chop and a slice of lemon on each onion.
- Mix together sugar, vinegar and ketchup and pour over chops.
- Bake uncovered 55 to 60 minutes or until done.
