Louisiana Pork Chops


  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can DEL MONTE® Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Onion


  1. Combine peppers. Sprinkle on both sides of meat.
  2. Heat butter over medium-high heat in large skillet. Add meat; cook 5 minutes. Turn and cook 4 minutes; drain.
  3. Add tomatoes. Reduce to medium heat. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until meat is cooked.
  4. Remove meat to serving dish; keep warm.
  5. Cook sauce until thickened; spoon over meat.
