Louisiana Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 (3/4 inch thick) pork chops
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Del Monte® Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Onion

Instructions

  1. Combine peppers. Sprinkle on both sides of meat.
  2. Heat butter over medium-high heat in large skillet. Add meat; cook for 5 minutes. Turn and cook 4 minutes; drain.
  3. Add tomatoes. Reduce to medium heat. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until meat is cooked.
  4. Remove meat to serving dish; keep warm.
  5. Cook sauce until thickened; spoon over meat.
