Mexican Skillet Pork Chops


  • 4 (5 ounce) boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Season pork chops to taste.
  2. N a nonstick skillet brown pork chops on both sides.
  3. Add salsa, bell pepper and onion. Simmer for 30 minutes.
