Orange Marmalade Pork Chops
- 6 (4 ounce) pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper; dredge in flour.
- Heat oil in a heavy skillet; brown pork chops on both sides.
- Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour over pork chops.
- Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.
