  1. Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper; dredge in flour.
  2. Heat oil in a heavy skillet; brown pork chops on both sides.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour over pork chops.
  4. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.
