Pop Bottle Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 8 pork chops
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 cup Coca-Cola or other cola
• Brown sugar

Instructions

1. Place pork chops in baking pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Mix the ketchup and Coca-Cola, and pour over the pork chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until the pork chops are tender.
