Pork Chops with Mustard Onion Gravy
- 4 (3/4-inch thick) boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Campbell's Golden Pork Gravy
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 4 cups hot mashed potatoes
- Coat chops with flour.
- Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
- Add onion and cook 10 minutes or until chops are done.
- Add gravy and mustard. Heat through.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
