Pork Chops with Mustard Onion Gravy

Ingredients

  • 4 (3/4-inch thick) boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Campbell's Golden Pork Gravy
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 4 cups hot mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Coat chops with flour.
  2. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and cook 10 minutes or until chops are done.
  4. Add gravy and mustard. Heat through.
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes.

Serves 4.
